National success for Amber Arazny

CAMBEWARRA snowboarder Amber Arazny has taken on and beaten the best in the country, claiming two Australian titles.

The 17-year-iold took out first place in the senior girls’ division at the Australian Junior Pro Series, the Ocean and Earth Teenage Rampage at Perisher.

She backed that up by taking out another half pipe comp, the Australian Freestyle Championships in the 14-19 year division.

And she isfocussed on adding to what is already shaping up to be a stellar season.

Her next major event is the Australian Burton Open at the beginning of next month, mind you this will be an open competition.

She also has the New Zealand Junior Nationals at the end of September.
